| Here are some questions to consider when planning your party *Location. Are you having an indoor or outdoor event? *What is your budget per person. Determine one and stick to it. *How long will your event be? This will help you determine what to budget. *Do you require full service such as set-up, passing, serving, clean up, etc.? *Do you plan on having any pupu's/appetizers before your main meal? *Do you have any other requirements like table linens, eating utensils, paper goods? *Will there be children at your event? Consider a kids menu for them. *Do you need beverage service including bartending service? *Will you need coolers, ice, etc? *Will you have family/friends serve the food on a buffet line? All these questions will help you determine the kind of catering services you may need and more importantly help you find what fits into your budget. |
